Sara Jurkowsky

Sara is a Managing Director of the Energy + Industrials team in London, with a portfolio of brands including Hitachi, Equinor, Shell and eOn. An international corporate communications specialist, Sara has led award-winning campaigns for UK and multinational companies, international institutions and governments.

Prior to returning to the London office, Sara built a dedicated energy practice for H+K in the Middle East region, transforming the portfolio and developing a market-leading integrated communications offer with clients including ADNOC, Emirates Global Aluminium, the World Energy Council and Masdar. She also led H+K’s Abu Dhabi office, with clients including Sotheby’s, Abu Dhabi Ports and Lavazza.

Additional experience includes leading the agency’s work with the MiSK Foundation of Saudi Arabia, the Crown Prince’s personal foundation focused on youth engagement and development. With MiSK, Sara was part of the leadership team delivering a flagship youth empowerment event in partnership the UNDP on the side lines of the UN General Assembly. In addition, she managed all international communications on behalf of the Saudi Arabian government during President Trump’s state visit and organised the messaging, positioning and media programme for government ministers at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Sara graduated from Washington & Lee University in the United States with a dual degree in mass communications and romance languages. She is a member of the Royal Institute for International Affairs.
